When I got news on the Senoia holiday events I was reminded I wanted to spread the word about
Maguire's Irish Pub and Family Restaurant.
We met the Maguire's folks at the
Chamber of Commerce Expo last month. We're always looking for great independent eateries and it's been a while since we ventured up that way so we took a gamble.
Oh, what a wonderful payoff! Spectacular service, impressive facility (yep, we were sooo jealous!) and delicious food. Finally, a
Monte Cristo sandwich that lived up to my memory of the Magnolia Room at Rich's in downtown Atlanta. Nick was equally pleased with his Bangers and Mash (sausage and potatoes.)
They serve lunch daily and are even open Sundays and Mondays (so they are a perfect choice for dinner when you can't get your favorite
